You have probably heard of probiotics: live microorganisms that can help to improve or restore the gut microbiome. You can get them in pill form or find them in products like kefir or some enhanced yogurts or beverages.


Prebiotics are a form of dietary fiber that help your gut bacteria produce nutrients for your colon cells, improving your digestive system.
