While I love them chilled and fresh out of the fridge as an easy summer snack, you can convert into plenty of delicious recipes (minus the pits…)
Simmer them into a jam
Mix them into a cobbler
Bake them into a pie
Cook them down into a sauce or glaze
Toss them into your pancake batter
Sprinkle them into a salad with nuts or seeds
Blend them into non-dairy milk for a delicious whipped or ice cream
Add some cherry juice to club soda over ice with a sprig of mint
