Freezing Herbs

Freezing them is a great solution.

Step 1: rinse them and lay them out to dry on paper towel.

Step 2: remove any hard stems, pat dry and chop.

Step 3: put the herbs in a ziplock bag, sealing tightly to remove any extra air.
