Citrus Marinade

In a medium bowl combine:


Juice of one grapefruit

Juice of one orange

4 pieces of pickled ginger, chopped

2 TBSP chopped dill

1.5 TBSP chopped cilantro

1.5 TBSP chives

1 chopped scallion

Pour over your favorite lean protein, like firm tofu or salmon, and marinade for a minimum of two hours or overnight. Lasts unused in the refrigerator for two days.
