Birch Benders Pancakes and Waffles

Looking for the perfect Sunday brunch centerpiece for you or your family?

These are a must!

Birch Benders pancake and waffle mix was my new quarantine indulgence.


Having said that, is it indulgent if it is only 180 calories per serving and packed with 10 grams of plant protein?


A half cup of mix with a half cup of water makes 2-3 pancakes (though you may find you want more...)


They are delicious on their own and come in a mess-free, resealable pouch to easily store the rest of the mix for next time, but you can also add some sweet goodness of your own.

How about adding a few fresh berries, like blueberries or raspberries, some crushed walnuts and with bites of banana, crumbled pecan pieces or even some dark chocolate bits?


Top with maple syrup or maybe a little salted butter for contrast, and enjoy!
